The Youth Partnership is a welcoming, peer-led community for young people ages 13–21 (and sometimes 9–21) who may be navigating emotional, mental health, or behavioral challenges. YP focuses on creating a supportive space where youth can connect with others who truly understand their experiences. The program works to break down stigma, uplift youth voices, and make sure no one feels alone. Participants can take part in group conversations, hands-on workshops, community service projects, and leadership-building activities—all designed to boost confidence, strengthen connections, and promote mental wellness in a safe and encouraging environment. "Youth Partnership" initiative is centered on mental health advocacy and peer support within New Jersey’s Children's System of Care, and run by local Family Support Organizations (FSO) statewide.

When families show up, youth level up. Family involvement fuels their momentum. Together we spark bigger smiles, bolder goals, and unstoppable growth. Every moment you invest builds confidence, connection, and lifelong motivation. Strong families make strong young leaders, and your participation makes all the difference. Parents and caregivers are required to participate in youth partnership activities.
